Job summary

Forus, based in New York, is seeking a hands‑on Provider Growth specialist to onboard new provider organizations, move them from first contact to full activation, and ensure fast value realization. You will run outreach, host product demos, and develop self‑serve resources to scale this process.

You will work closely with operations, product, and engineering to shape scalable workflows, surface provider needs, and drive adoption that accelerates patient access.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, CS, or implementation.
• Strong empathy for providers and busy staff.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Willingness to work in person in New York.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding for new provider orgs from first contact to activation.
• Build, maintain, and close target accounts with RevOps & Analytics.
• Drive outreach to bring new practices into the funnel and excite them about Forus.
• Host demos, training, onboarding walkthroughs, and develop materials for different user types.
• Create repeatable playbooks and self‑serve resources to scale on-boarding.
• Monitor activation/adoption data, identify blockers, and intervene.
• Promote feature usage and gather feedback to inform Product improvements.
• Collaborate with ops, product, and engineering to ensure a cohesive user journey.
