Job summary

Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco seeks a Director of Property Management to lead daily operations of its permanent supportive housing portfolio. You will supervise property supervisors and managers, ensure compliant, safe sites, and drive performance across referrals, rent collection, and occupancy.

You will coordinate with Services, Facilities, Finance, and HR to meet budgeted targets, uphold LIHTC/HUD standards, and support residents to remain stably housed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in property management and leadership in affordable housing preferred.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and fair housing concepts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and delinquency management across multiple properties.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly site reports.
• Ensure site compliance with LIHTC/TCAC, HUD, and local regulations.
• Lead staff development, supervision, and cross-department coordination.
