Job summary

West Side Federation for Senior & Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) seeks a Property Manager to oversee safe operations, staff supervision, and budgeted performance of on-site housing for seniors and residents with supportive services.

You will partner with social services to keep residents stably housed and ensure compliance with NYC housing programs. Strong leadership, LIHTC knowledge, and collaboration across teams are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Section 8 and LIHTC programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, admin, and compliance staff.
• Ensure building operations within budget and safety.
• Manage tenant relations and lease-up processes.
• Coordinate with social services and facilities.
