Job summary

This overtime-exempt role starts at $95,000 annually and oversees the administrative portion of CASL properties, ensuring compliance with HUD-COC, HOME, SHP, CDGB, SAIL, LIHTC and related funding, contracts, and grants while guiding day-to-day operations and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in property management or income verification.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and requirements.
• Experience with LURA, SAIL, ELI, and CDBG preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• MUST pass background checks and drug screen.
• Florida driver’s license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the separation of the property management department into its own division.
• Oversee the administrative portion of CASL properties and ensure compliance with funding/grant requirements.
• Lead, direct, and develop the team; step in to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
