Wpromote is seeking a Director, Programmatic to oversee day-to-day operations and manage the programmatic buying division for multiple B2B clients. Initially an individual contributor with growth to build a team, you will shape vision, structure, and best practices for a growing programmatic group across expanding client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the business relationship with client(s), agency, and internal team for programmatic campaigns.
• Ensure successful delivery of programmatic campaigns across multiple B2B clients.
• Serve as the team’s expert and escalation point for campaign execution, including implementation, optimization, inventory and audience strategy.
• Lead onboarding of new advertisers and help recover accounts to good standing.
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership and pitch participation.
