Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Director of Product Sales to drive demand for the Foundry’s products and lead end-to-end sales strategy. You will own qualification, shaping, submission cadence, pricing coordination, and pursuit ownership, while coordinating with enterprise Growth and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has sold tech to intelligence or defense customers, can build a pipeline, and is willing to travel 50%+ to cultivate opportunities and win awards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience.
• ≥4 years leading business development or sales for tech products sold to intelligence or defense.
• Direct experience with OTA consortia, BAAs, CSOs, or government marketplaces preferred.
• Track record of shaped wins before posting.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert demand for RealmOne Foundry products.
• Own product sales strategy, qualification, shaping, and submission cadence.
• Lead pursuit staff across sourcing, qualification, shaping, and response.
• Coordinate pricing decisions with product leadership and enterprise support functions.
• Represent RealmOne with customers and at industry events; travel 50%+.
