Jobgether is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the Core Experience platform, guiding strategy, architecture, and delivery across multiple product areas. You will mentor Engineering Managers, remove blockers, and drive high-impact initiatives that connect discovery, benefits, and engagement at scale.

You will oversee production systems powering memberships, rewards, and subscriptions, shaping homepages and discovery experiences while fostering AI-enabled practices and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership including managers and senior ICs, with at least 2 years at Director level or equivalent.
• Proven success leading multi-team orgs for consumer-facing products and shared platforms.
• 3+ years as Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead with strong architectural judgment.
• Experience building or scaling membership platforms and related systems.
• Ownership of platform infrastructure supporting multiple product areas.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Core Experience engineering.
• Mentor Engineering Managers, remove blockers, drive execution.
• Oversee systems powering membership benefits, rewards, and credits.
• Shape homepage, discovery, and engagement experiences for product exploration.
• Build and scale membership management capabilities and subscriptions.
• Develop shared platform services to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
• Support customer operations and cross-functional workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, Data, Operations, and Finance on personalized discovery and cross-selling.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices across design, implementation, testing, and development workflows.
• Guide architectural decisions for scalable, secure, observable, reliable services.
• Shape org design, hiring, and team structures to meet evolving needs.
• Improve SDLC balancing speed, experimentation, quality, and sustainability.
• Contribute to cross-organizational engineering initiatives and standards.
• Engage directly in hands-on technical discussions when necessary.
