Jobgether is seeking a technical leader to drive platform architecture, advance AI-powered engineering practices, and align software capabilities with business needs. You will own core CRM data ingestion and processing components, and guide architecture for scalability.

This fully remote role requires hands-on delivery, senior full-stack experience, and the ability to mentor engineers. You will collaborate with product managers, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and foster an AI-enabled,

Formación

• 7+ years building complex web-based SaaS products.
• Strong ownership and accountability in delivery.
• Hands-on with large language models and AI tooling.
• Experience deploying AI-powered features in production.
• Experience integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Relational and NoSQL databases experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Responsabilidades

• Guide platform architecture and AI-powered engineering practices.
• Lead core CRM data ingestion and processing components.
• Design reusable full-stack components and scalable architectures.
• Drive product initiatives from vision to launch.
• Integrate Claude marketplace plugins and Anthropic capabilities.
• Promote code quality, security, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Shape CI/CD, containers, and IaC with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Build AI-enabled engineering infrastructure for autonomous workflows.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous improvement.
