Job summary

Match Group, a leading global dating product company, seeks a Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms to shape and lead MarTech Engineering and Data Foundations. You will drive the strategy and roadmap for Organic Growth, AI-enabled automation, and scalable growth solutions across its brands.

You will lead a ~10-person, multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, data, program management, and growth, unifying capabilities to accelerate business impact and global expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing technology, growth engineering, or platform leadership.
• Led a platform or tech capability with a clear roadmap and business impact.
• Experience making build, buy, and partner decisions with vendors.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers on architecture and platform tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering with Analytics/ML teams to operationalize model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Set growth technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the function.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team across engineering, data foundations, TPM, and Organic Growth.
• Lead MarTech and Data Foundations to power measurement, activation, and experimentation.
• Develop Organic Growth and AI Discovery capabilities across SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search.
• Scale AI-enabled Growth Operations for campaign automation and performance intelligence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders.
