Jobgether is seeking an experienced engineering leader to mentor managers and engineers, shaping the strategy for a large marketplace and developer ecosystem. You will drive performance reviews, career development, and build resilient teams capable of handling high-traffic APIs and complex integrations.

You will translate business objectives into scalable roadmaps, oversee API architecture, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical investments with revenue growth

Formación

• 12+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js or React/Angular
• Experience building/managing public APIs and developer platforms
• SaaS background in high-growth environments is desirable
• Strong judgment in API versioning, security, scalability and HA
• Proven ability to mentor leaders and manage multi-team delivery portfolios
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, product and business functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/CS or related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering leadership and team development across multiple teams
• Translate business objectives into scalable roadmaps for marketplace and developer ecosystem
• Oversee public API architecture, versioning, scalability, and monetization infra
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to define strategy for app marketplace and partner program
