Jobgether is seeking a VP of Product Engineering to lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for a customer-facing SaaS platform in education tech. You will partner with product, infrastructure, data, and security teams to align priorities with customer needs and long-term business goals.

You will lead five product engineering teams (~40 engineers), drive AI across the SDLC, and ensure reliability, security, and scalable performance for a two-sided ecosystem serving school districts

Formación

• Ten+ years as an engineering leader, including at least three years at Director level or above.
• Experience leading a multi-team engineering organization of 30+ engineers through managers.
• Ability to hire, coach, and develop engineering managers while building an inclusive culture.
• Strong software engineering background with deep ability to review designs and challenge architecture decisions.
• Experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle with measurable impact.
• Experience building and operating external SaaS platforms with high availability and security.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product and engineering roadmap, balancing customer priorities with long-term scalability and security.
• Lead five product engineering teams (~40 engineers) and develop leadership capabilities.
• Set technical direction for container-based microservices in AWS and oversee architectural tradeoffs.
• Drive AI adoption across design, coding, testing, review, and release processes.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance for two-sided education ecosystems.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to translate feedback into product and architecture decisions.
