Cambia Health is seeking Pharmacy Data Analysts I-III for hybrid roles across multiple locations in the US. You will develop reporting solutions and perform analyses influencing pharmacy management and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL, data analytics, and healthcare data experience, with opportunities to mentor others and grow within a collaborative team. This is a hybrid position with some in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience or supporting relational database development in healthcare or business systems.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with claims, membership, pricing and provider data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze health care services, utilization, costs, trends and revenue by various segments.
• Perform statistical analyses and data modeling; communicate results clearly.
• Maintain and evolve reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Mentor junior analysts on data interpretation and tools usage.
