Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director, People Programs, Systems & Analytics to translate People Operations strategy into executable plans. You will lead initiatives across programs, analytics, and AI, partnering with Legal, Security, and IT to improve reporting, employee support, and efficiency.

You will oversee governance, data quality, and scalable HR tech while delivering executive-ready workforce insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in People Operations with leadership in programs, systems, or analytics.
• Experience designing operating models, roadmaps, and program governance at scale.
• Experience implementing data analytics and AI enablement for HR functions.
• Proven ability to manage a team and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience integrating HR systems to support reliable data flows.

Responsibilities

• Designs vision, strategy, roadmap, governance for People programs, analytics, and AI.
• Leads a small high-performing team and fosters execution excellence.
• Ensures HR tech supports onboarding, offboarding, data, compliance, and international ops.
• Shapes the People tech ecosystem to be scalable, secure, and integrated.
• Establishes data quality standards and trusted self-service reporting.
