Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director, People Programs, Systems & Analytics to define objectives, roadmaps, and operating rhythms for People programs, systems, analytics, and AI. You will translate strategy into executable plans, lead a small team, and drive responsible AI use across People data.

You will partner with Legal, Security, and IT to improve reporting, employee support, and operational efficiency while delivering executive-ready insights and scalable people solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in People Operations and related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide programs at scale.
• Experience enabling AI and analytics within HR/talent functions.

Responsibilities

• Designs strategy and governance for People programs, analytics and AI.
• Leads a small team and builds partnerships across HR, Legal, Security, IT.
• Ensures HR tech stack supports onboarding, offboarding, data, compliance, and reporting.
