Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director, People Programs, Systems & Analytics to establish the objectives, roadmaps, and operating rhythms for People programs, systems, analytics and AI. You will lead a small team and partner across Legal, Security, and IT to drive reporting, employee support, and operational efficiency.

You will translate workforce data into executive-ready narratives, develop analytics capabilities, and define responsible AI strategies for the People function in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in People Operations including leadership
Experience delivering HRIS and Talent systems at varying company sizes
Strong analytics, governance, and AI enablement for People functions

Responsibilities

Design the vision, strategy, roadmap for People programs, systems, analytics and AI.
Lead and develop a small high‑performing team.
Ensure HR tech stack supports onboarding, offboarding, data quality, and analytics.
Design and evolve the People tech ecosystem for scalable operations.
Establish governance and reporting standards for People data.
