Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to lead HR systems and transform People data into actionable insights. You will build reports, dashboards, and AI-enhanced narratives to inform leaders and drive decisions.

This role collaborates with People Operations, Finance, and senior management, balancing fast results with scalable, self-service solutions. You will own data standards, privacy, and security while collaborating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR systems, people analytics, or HR operations experience.
• Expert knowledge of at least one major HRIS with reporting and security configuration.
• Proficient in analytics/visualization tools and advanced spreadsheets.
• Fluent use of AI tooling for insights, visuals, and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and planning.
• Translate questions into metrics and analyses; recommend actions based on data.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create data stories and executive-ready narratives.
• Establish data standards, quality checks, and a single source of truth across systems.
• Protect employee data with privacy controls and collaborate on responsible AI use.
• Own intake and delivery of reporting requests; balance quick turns with self-service solutions.
• Automate recurring reports and workflows; identify opportunities for systems/AI improvements.
• Support system projects including deployments, data migrations, and annual cycles.
• Enable teams through training and clear guides; stay current on HR tech trends.
