Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director of People Programs, Systems & AI to lead the strategy and execution of people analytics, AI governance, and HR tech across the organization. You will build and mentor a small team, partner with Legal, Security, and IT, and translate workforce data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, governance, and scalable solutions, with extensive collaboration across HR and business partners.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in People Operations with leadership in People Programs/Systems/Analytics.
Experience selecting and optimizing HRIS and Talent systems at small to large companies.
Track record delivering cross-functional programs at scale.
Experience analytics, reporting, and dashboards for HR/Talent with AI enablement.

Responsibilities

Design vision and roadmaps for People programs, systems analytics and AI in line with business priorities.
Lead a small team and foster collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement.
Ensure HR processes and lifecycle workflows are well managed through HR tech stack with analytics.
Design and evolve People technology ecosystems to be scalable, secure, and integrated.
Set data quality standards, governance, and trusted reporting for People partners.
Define analytics strategy turning workforce data into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
Define a responsible AI strategy for People with governance and human oversight.
Partner with stakeholders to translate capability gaps into scalable learning experiences and measure impact.
Lead change management for new systems and processes, including adoption and training.
Manage vendors and dependencies, balancing value, risk, and scalability.
