Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a senior HR leader to own performance management cycles, total rewards, and compliance for a remote-first, internationally distributed team. You will shape the compensation framework, lead a small HR team, and drive scalable people systems that support rapid growth.

You’ll partner with senior executives to ensure high-impact outcomes, align the HR calendar with business needs, and build processes that scale across multiple countries and cultures.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end performance cycles for large organizations.
• Ability to design and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong HR compliance knowledge across multiple states/domains.
• Build and sustain scalable people systems that outlast leaders.
• Proven track record in driving leverage through automation and tooling.
• Experience helping a company scale headcount and revenue in growth stages.
• Demonstrated coaching and development of managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance management cycles: design, timeline, communication, execution.
• Oversee Total Rewards: benchmarking, benefits renewals, annual compensation cycle and leveling.
• Ensure state and organizational compliance; maintain handbook and policies.
• Build and sustain people systems adopted across the organization.
• Drive leverage via tooling and process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Lead and mentor HR staff; enable managers to have better performance conversations.
