Responsibilities

• Own the performance management cycles end to end (design, timeline, communication, execution).
• Design and manage total rewards and benefits processes, aligning with business needs.
• Ensure HR compliance across multiple states (I-9, handbook, classifications, postings).
• Build and maintain scalable people systems adopted across the organization.
• Lead and enable managers, coaching teams to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
