Launch Potato, a remote-first company with a South Florida HQ and global team, seeks a senior recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for affiliate and performance-marketing roles. You’ll find senior talent quickly, close searches, and sharpen our recruiting function without layers or handoffs.

You’ll shape the talent approach, partner with hiring managers, and drive process improvements using an AI-forward stack including Claude. This is a remote role, ET hours.

Qualificações

• Experience running end-to-end searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close on strategic hires.
• Strong process and rubric-driven interviewing for performance marketing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake to close.
• Build proactive talent pipelines ahead of demand.
• Develop and refine recruitment playbooks and rubrics.
• Lead Recruiting Ops Manager direction and growth.
