Job summary

Launch Potato seeks a senior HR leader to own performance management, total rewards, and compliance in a remote-first environment. You will shape cycles, design pay bands, and align processes across our growing organization.

In this player-coach seat, you will mentor managers, implement scalable HR systems, and drive automation to improve speed and quality while maintaining a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a full performance cycle across multiple cycles.
• Experience designing compensation bands and benchmarking methods.
• Knowledge of multi-state HR compliance and I-9 processes.
• Experience building scalable HR systems adopted across the org.
• Proven ability to automate or improve HR processes for speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the mid-year and annual performance cycles from design to retro.
• Lead total rewards design and the annual compensation cycle.
• Manage multi-state compliance including registrations and handbook.
• Enable managers with playbooks and self-service resources.
• Develop tooling and automation to reduce manual work.
