Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, Performance Marketing to own the full lifecycle of recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill roles in affiliate and performance marketing. You will shape the sourcing strategy and run end-to-end searches without downstream bottlenecks, aligning hiring with business impact.

The role is remote-first in the US, reporting to the SVP of Talent. You will build scalable processes, coach peers, and raise the bar on metrics like ROAS, margin, and EBITDA
