Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an HR leader to own performance management, total rewards, and compliance across its growing, remote-first team. You will shape end-to-end cycles, partner with the CFO and C-suite, and defend compensation numbers with data and benchmarking.

You'll build a durable HR system capable of scaling from hundreds to thousands of employees, driving tooling adoption, and enabling managers with practical playbooks. This is a player-coach seat in a fast-moving org.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in a scaling company or high-growth environment.
• Director-level HR experience with ownership of end-to-end programs is ideal.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of performance management cycles with coaching and calibration.
• Design and manage total rewards, benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles.
• Oversee multi-state compliance, I-9, handbook, and postings; clear backlog.
• Build and sustain a durable people system that scales with company growth.
• Develop tooling and playbooks to enable managers and reduce cycle time.
