Launch Potato, the discovery and conversion company, is seeking a senior recruiter who finds senior and hard-to-fill talent for our affiliate and performance marketing teams. You will own the full cycle from search to close, without layers or handoffs, moving quickly to align talent with business needs and ROAS metrics.

This role reports to the SVP of Talent and is remote-first, with ET hours, across the United States, helping shape recruiting ops and performance marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring for an affiliate/performance marketing business like ours.
• Full-cycle ownership. You've run searches first touch to close, solo.
• A track record hiring senior and hard-to-fill talent.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole talent acquisition function and searches that matter most to an affiliate and performance marketing business, without layers or handoffs.
• Move quickly and strategically to ensure talent acquisition aligns to the business, not just the req.
