Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced HR leader to own the full performance cycle, compensation design, and total rewards. You will oversee compliance across states, build scalable people systems, and enable managers with effective HR processes.

This is a high-impact seat for someone who can drive adoption and deliver measurable improvements. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to align people programs with business goals, guiding growth from 200 employees to the next stage while

Qualifications

End-to-end ownership of a full performance cycle for large teams.
Experience with compensation design, benchmarking, and benefits.
HR compliance across multi-state registration, I-9, handbook, postings.
Led a people system that lasted across cycles.
Built leverage and tooling to streamline processes.
Proven ability to scale organization beyond 150+ employees.

Responsibilities

Own the mid-year and annual performance cycles end-to-end, including design, timeline, communication, and execution.
Own total rewards design, benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles with clear decision rights.
Maintain HR compliance across multi-state requirements, I-9, handbooks, and postings.
Enable managers with playbooks and self-service resources to improve performance conversations.
Develop leverage and tooling to automate or improve people processes, driving adoption and efficiency.
Lead and grow a high-performing HR team, scaling capabilities for larger headcounts.
