Job summary

Zenoti seeks a Director of HR Partnership and Talent Acquisition in Bellevue to own both recruiting and HRBP functions. The role blends talent acquisition leadership with people partnership, shaping talent strategy across business units and collaborating with senior leaders.

You'll drive full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and employee relations, partnering closely with managers on performance and development, while shaping engaging people programs and compensation cycles.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience across recruiting and HRBP
• Ability to manage both talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities
• Proven trust-building with leaders and data-driven decision making
• Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of Washington state employment law and HR compliance
• Hands-on with an ATS and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; SHRM-CP/PHr friendly

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned business units and act as a trusted people partner
• Support workforce planning, org design, and headcount discussions with leadership
• Guide managers through performance cycles: goal setting, feedback, calibrations, and PIPs
• Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness
• Lead engagement initiatives: pulse surveys, stay interviews, team health checks
• Coach managers on feedback, promotions, and team dynamics
• Collaborate with People team on compensation cycles, onboarding, and L&D
