Job summary

New Engen, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR leader to head the HR Business Partner function. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, organizational design, and career frameworks.

This role drives company-wide talent programs and builds scalable People practices to support growth. Based in Seattle, this hybrid position offers collaboration with a distributed team and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP/People Strategy roles.
Experience managing HR Business Partners or senior People professionals.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational and talent decisions.
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, job design, or career frameworks.
Experience leading company-wide talent programs (performance, succession, development).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the HR Business Partner function and team.
Set strategy for partnering with the business and elevate the function.
Design roles, organizations, leveling, and career paths across the company.
Lead workforce and talent planning aligned with business goals.
Own talent practices: performance reviews, succession planning, leadership development.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent decisions.
Lead strategic People initiatives with the Director of People.
