Zenoti, based in Seattle and Bellevue, is seeking a Director of HR Partnership and Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting and act as a trusted people partner to business leaders. The role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition and HR business partnering, with in-office work in the Bellevue/Seattle area.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for key business units, partner with leaders to define success, shape interview loops, and drive a positive candidate experience while

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience across recruiting and HRBP
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse or Lever) and HRIS (Workday or Hibob)
• Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Psychology; SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and calibrate interview loops.
• Drive candidate experience aligned with Zenoti's brand.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
• Support workforce planning and headcount discussions with leadership.
