BNBuilders in Seattle, WA seeks an HR Director to share responsibility for the full HR function and shape the people strategy across regions and projects.

You will lead talent acquisition, learning and development, performance and succession planning, and collaborate with executives to grow a high-performance organization. This role emphasizes leadership, culture, and operational HR excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; or 10+ years of HR management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• One or more HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Knowledge across HR disciplines: benefits, training, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, compliance.
• Financial knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate business strategy into workforce priorities across regions, departments, and projects.
• Provide leadership across HR disciplines including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Coach executives and managers on organizational change, performance, and career development.
• Lead and coordinate HR teams to ensure consistent service across BNBuilders locations and sites.
• Establish HR goals, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze workforce data to drive improvements.
• Champion BNBuilders' culture, values, inclusion, and high-performance experience.
• Collaborate with legal and external advisers on employment matters.
• Support enterprise talent strategy, including workforce planning and succession.
