Job summary

Ashtabula Regional Medical Center in Ashtabula, OH seeks an experienced Manager of Registration to lead the Central Registration team, ensuring prompt patient access and accurate collection of demographics, insurance and financial information.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, coaching caregivers, implementing policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance, with a focus on patient satisfaction and timely scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
• Call center/medical office experience preferred.
• High school with Associate degree preferred (education)
• EPIC knowledge preferred (tool)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Registration department to ensure prompt patient access to hospital and ambulatory services.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to achieve positive patient relations and compliant data collection.
• Oversee IT ticketing for systems and equipment and coordinate department operations with other departments.
• Ensure training is completed and policies/procedures are implemented and maintained.
