Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
• Call center/medical office experience, preferred.
• 1-year Management experience, required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Central Registration department to ensure prompt patient access.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to achieve positive customer relations.
• Coordinate department operations with other departments and ensure training is completed.
• Complete IT tickets for systems and equipment and requisitions for supplies.
• Monitor quality, participate in denial management and ensure patient satisfaction.
