Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to own the Data and AI Security portfolio, including AISPM, post-acquisition integration, and roadmap execution. The role reports to the CEO and serves as the bridge between market opportunity, engineering, and executive strategy.

You will lead a high-autonomy team, set clear goals, translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap, and partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to align from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Direct experience in data security, data access governance, CSPM/CIEM, or AI governance.
• Track record owning product strategy for security or data governance platforms.
• Experience integrating an acquired product line into a larger platform.
• Ability to present to CEO and executive leadership with clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Data and AI Security portfolio.
• Lead and develop the product management team supporting this portfolio.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap across engineering, design, marketing and sales.
• Represent product strategy directly to the CEO and executive team with data-driven narratives.
• Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market input for the data and AI security product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment from concept to launch.
