Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Data to shape the operating model for our partner data operations and to guide a high-impact team supporting university partnerships.

The role blends leadership, technical fluency, and process discipline to improve scalability, service quality, and automation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partner IT teams to strengthen data integration and onboarding across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading data operations or partner/customer success teams.
• 3+ years managing multiple teams.
• Technical fluency with data systems such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience with integrations including file feeds, SFTP, and APIs.
• Experience in ed-tech, higher education, or data-intensive partner industries.
• Familiarity with SIS systems such as Slate, Banner, and Workday.
• Proven ability to build or restructure operations teams with established case management standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and define the operating model for the partner data operations team.
• Set service-level standards and escalation rules with cross-functional partners.
• Drive automation and redesign processes to reduce low-judgment case volume.
• Instill a product mindset to ensure case resolution leads to system improvements.
• Establish data integration engineering to create repeatable onboarding playbooks for SIS systems.
• Serve as the technical lead for new partner onboarding and engage partner IT teams.
• Grow the partner enablement data team into a SME on partner systems and workflows.
• Champion architectural fixes to align cross-functional priorities for partner data architecture.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Partner Data to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will shape the operating model for partner data operations and guide the evolution of a high-impact team supporting university partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational leadership, technical fluency, and process discipline to improve scalability, service quality, and automation. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partner IT teams to strengthen data integration, onboarding, and system alignment across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and define the operating model for the partner data operations team
• Set service-level standards and escalation rules in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Drive automation and redesign processes to reduce low-judgment case volume
