Job summary

Tactile Medical in Minneapolis seeks a Director, Order Transformation to design, lead, and deliver future-state changes across reimbursement operations. You will drive platforms, automation, and operating model changes, partnering with Order Excellence and IT to ensure measurable benefits.

Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps, managing programs, and guiding adoption. This role requires extensive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transformation and operations experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership, cross-functional programs, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives from design to implementation and benefits realization.
• Ability to translate business needs into executive-level recommendations.
• Experience partnering across operations, technology, finance, compliance, sales, patient services, reimbursement, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Transformation function for future-state design, delivery, governance, automation, and capability building.
• Provide leadership for transformation initiatives impacting Order Operations and related teams.
• Partner with Order Excellence to align priorities with frontline feedback and measurable outcomes.
• Translate priorities into clear roadmaps, plans, and decision-making routines.
• Lead program and portfolio delivery including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Serve as a business product and process partner for technology-enabled change.
• Build feedback loops with cross-functional partners to support delivery.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments.
• Lead, coach, and develop transformation team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
