Job summary

Handl Health seeks a Director of Business Operations to own urgent, cyclical matters and transform operations through automation. You will drive finance, legal and vendor processes, collaborate with an AI Enablement & IT team, and deliver reliable dashboards that leadership uses to act on pricing, market, and product economics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own time-sensitive, cross-functional matters end to end.
• Experience building automated workflows with controls and governance.
• Hands-on in recurring operations: close, receivables, vendor management, contracts.
• Strong financial fluency and comfort with SaaS metrics and budgets.
• Clear, concise written communication and executive-level judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own urgent cyclical matters: board packs, quarter-end actions, workforce changes.
• Set reliability standards, track queues, assign owners, publish weekly reviews.
• Coordinate monthly close with outsourced accountants and maintain budget variance analysis.
• Run intake, tracking, and turnaround for NDAs, contracts; coordinate with counsel.
• Develop automation roadmap with IT/AI teams; drive adoption and measure impact.
• Maintain executive dashboards (OKRs, KPIs, revenue, headcount) and provide analyses.
