Job summary

3M is seeking an IT Director for Global Order Execution & Fulfillment IT Portfolio. You will lead global strategy and execution for the end-to-end Market-to-Order-to-Cash value stream, partnering with businesses and IT to modernize portfolios and drive digital, ERP, automation, and AI-enabled transformation at scale.

You will establish governance, drive a cohesive ownership model, and oversee portfolio performance, with location options in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years core IT experience leading development, support of business requirements in a public, private, government, or military environment.
• Five (5) years systems experience with Order Execution-Fulfillment applications and business processes (OTC, MTO, EDI, eCommerce etc.).
• Five (5) years Order Execution-Fulfillment development & deployment experience in a Manufacturing space in a public, private, government, or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global technology strategy and execution for end-to-end Market-to-Order-to-Cash value stream.
• Own strategy, governance, transformation, and performance of global application portfolios across Order Execution and Fulfillment.
• Drive governance, prioritization, and measurable value delivery across IT portfolios.
