Chick-fil-A is seeking a development-focused Director to oversee operations and drive excellence. This role leads Team Members and Team Leaders, shapes strategic initiatives, and ensures strong customer service standards while fostering a positive work culture.

Formación

• Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Able to coach, develop and motivate Team Members and Team Leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and be responsible for a defined area of the business.
• Exhibit knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Work with Interim Managers to ensure appropriate daily staffing levels.
• Be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
• Achieve strategic, annual business results through tactical monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Maintain positive working relationships and treat all employees with respect.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
