Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a developed Director to support our business in Pennsylvania. Directors will oversee Team Members and Team Leaders in developing the business and pursuing Operational Excellence.

At this location, Team Members are employed by COR Restaurant Services, LLC, a Chick-fil-A subsidiary. This role offers flexible hours, a competitive pay, and a positive atmosphere as part of a dynamic restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environment.
• Ability to build strong repeatable systems that ensure Operational Excellence.
• Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for a defined area of the business.
• Exhibit knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Interim Managers to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
• Coach, communicate, and build strong teams.
• Achieve strategic results through monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide direction and feedback.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
