Job summary

HAUS is hiring its first Director of Operations to run the agency’s operations, people and finance for a 40-person creative services team. You will report to the CEO and join the leadership team alongside our VPs of PR, Creative, Marketing, and Studio.

You’ll own the operating system, manage IT and data security, dashboards, and vendor relationships, and partner with leadership on growth and cross-functional process improvements as HAUS scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations or chief-of-staff at agency or services firm

Responsibilities

• Own HAUS's internal operating system (tools, standards, documentation).
• Oversee IT infrastructure, device management, access provisioning.
• Build and maintain Knowledge Base and SOP library for repeatable processes.
• Lead cross-functional improvements in project scoping, proposals, handoffs between departments.
• Maintain vendor and contractor relationships and current contracts.
• Set and enforce data security and client confidentiality standards.
