Jobgether is seeking a Head of Internal Product, Systems & Creative Operations for a fully remote role in the United States. You will build and lead an internal product and operations function, shaping processes, tools, and workflows that boost how creative teams collaborate and deliver work.

You will partner with founders and leaders to set the strategic direction, drive adoption of scalable solutions, and explore AI-enabled approaches to optimize operations across a global agency network.

• Experience building, implementing, and improving internal tools, systems, and workflows in agency or fast-paced service environments.
• Experience leading or developing a small team with clear direction and collaboration.

• Build and lead the internal product and creative operations function with standardized processes for requests, prioritization, ownership, and internal systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate insights into roadmaps and clear product requirements.
• Design, develop, and improve internal tools, workflows, and custom products with operational teams and developers.
