Job summary

ServiceNet in Westfield, MA is seeking a Program Director for Developmental Brain Injury Services to oversee daily operations of a new residential program, ensure high-quality care, and drive program compliance.

You will lead staff using Positive Behavior Support strategies, organize meetings, coordinate ISP reviews, and maintain certifications while fostering a culture of respect and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Preferred certifications: MAP, PABC, CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to pass a background screening (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality care and staff leadership.
• Ensure ongoing licensing compliance and documentation standards.
• Lead, teach, and model best practices for staff using PBS strategies.
• Oversee residents' health, safety, and daily living needs.
• Manage individual financial needs and reporting.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and coverage coordination.
• Contribute to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, and individual planning.
• Organize regular program staff meetings and maintain certifications.
