Job summary

8:00 AM is seeking a strategic Director of Order to Cash to own end-to-end revenue operations, billing, collections, and settlements for our SaaS and payments-based revenue. You will lead a high-performing team, drive automation, and partner with Sales, Product, and Risk to optimize cash flow and customer experience.

The role reports to the SVP, Corporate Controller and focuses on scaling processes, ASC 606 alignment, and implementing AI-enabled workflows across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; CPA is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience leading billing, collections, payment operations, or revenue operations.
• Experience building and leading teams, including managing other people managers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; ability to automate workflows with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across billing, collections, and settlements.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and specialists in billing, collections, and payments.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Risk on pricing and product decisions.
• Maintain internal controls across billing, collections, and settlements and support audits.
