You will reconcile placements, recalls, and liquidations, ensure data integrity, and monitor regulatory compliance (FDCPA, Reg F) within ARM operations. Strong Excel, SQL, and reporting skills are essential to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business disciplines.
• 2–5 years of accounts receivable management or related operations.
• Experience with master servicer, collection agency, or legal forwarding environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory movement across agencies, attorneys, and internal systems.
• Perform reconciliations of inventories, placements, recalls, and liquidation activity.
• Audit transfers and placement files for client guidelines and controls.
• Research discrepancies, missing accounts, and variances.
• Track and report inventory flow metrics and aging trends.
