Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead multi-community performance across care, sales and financial results. You will drive occupancy growth, oversee budgeting and P&L, and lead executive teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong analytic abilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage multiple sites with a focus on quality care and regulatory compliance. Travel to communities is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred).
• Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance.
• Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes.
• Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives.
