Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services seeks a Director of Operations to lead multi-location operations across Minnesota, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Ventura, CA, driving performance, service quality, safety, and profitability. Working with the COO, you will set standards, manage budgets, and develop branch leadership.

The role requires 5–7 years of leadership, strong budgeting and KPI oversight, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of leadership experience in operations or facilities management.
• Experience overseeing multi-location operations across states.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate multi-location operations to achieve service, quality, efficiency, and profitability goals.
• Set and communicate performance expectations and KPIs; review results and address gaps.
• Partner with branch leaders to maintain consistent operational practices and customer service standards.
• Assess facilities, equipment, staffing, and supply needs; coordinate improvements and resource allocation.
• Represent the company professionally in customer interactions and support escalation resolution.
• Oversee budgets and expenses; monitor performance against plans and drive cost control.
