Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by Cadiente in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive service excellence, and build a strong team. The role requires strategic thinking to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will work closely with ownership to execute business strategies, manage daily activities, and foster a culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience, preferably in restoration, cleaning, or related service industry.
• IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FRST) are required.
• Experience with insurance carriers, claims processes, and TPAs.
• Strong leadership, team-building, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Financial acumen including budget management and P&L oversight.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Familiarity with ServiceMaster or restoration industry is a plus.
