Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead the execution of our operational strategy, oversee the Business Unit P&L and drive performance across back-office teams in support of the unit.

You will shape budgeting and forecasting, manage a large team, work with major retail partners, and ensure scalable, profitable growth through rigorous process development and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of operations leadership including P&L responsibility (budgeting, forecasting, etc).
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports.
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and process development.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a highly complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and oversee the Business Unit P&L.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Develop scalable processes and infrastructure for growth.
• Capture and manage data on forecasting, financials, recruitment and customer satisfaction.
