ProActivate is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations and support growth across Texas. You will oversee office and field teams, drive performance, strengthen processes, and build scalable infrastructure, with the role potentially expanding into an Executive-level position.

Responsibilities

• Operational ownership: assume increasing day-to-day operational responsibilities currently managed by the owner.
• Team leadership: lead, coach, mentor, and develop office and field employees while strengthening emerging leaders.
• Structure & accountability: build greater operational structure, processes, and visibility as the organization grows.
• Resource & workflow management: manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and priorities across multiple markets and service divisions.
• Employee support: ensure employees feel supported, valued, respected, and appropriately held accountable.
• Quality & customer experience: maintain responsiveness, service quality, and customer experience while scaling.
• Performance metrics: improve visibility into operational and financial performance through meaningful metrics and reporting.
• Strategic partnership: partner with ownership on organizational planning, leadership development, and long-term growth initiatives.
