You will lead performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and process development to ensure scalable, profitable growth.

With 8+ years of leadership experience and a track record in retail or consumer goods, you will manage a team of 10+ professionals, partner across divisions, and turn data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years leadership experience in an operations environment with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports.
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong strategic thinking and process development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highly complex environment.
