Job summary

Daymon Worldwide is seeking a Director of Operations to drive overall operational strategy, oversee the Business Unit P&L, and manage back-office accountability across teams. The role focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and process development to achieve measurable, scalable growth for consumer goods and retail programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of general/leadership experience in an operations environment with P&L responsibility
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports and developing teams of 10 or more
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods industry
• Excellent strategic thinking and process development skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a complex environment

Responsibilities

• Execute overall operational strategy and oversee the Business Unit P&L and metrics
• Drive accountability of back-office teams in support of the Business Unit
• Lead performance management, budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Develop scalable processes and infrastructure for growth
• Capture data on forecasting, financials, employee retention and customer satisfaction
